Methods Of Service
Depending on the service you decide to take out with us we will have multiple methods of working which are explained below:
If your device powers on and has an internet connection then we will be able to resolve your technical issue or request without needing to attend your property. We use a remote tool to connect to your computer/laptop which means your issue can be resolved without the need to send your device to us.
Home Delivery And Collections
If we cannot connect remotely we can travel to your home address and provide a delivery and collection service for your device free of charge within a 5 mile radius of the RM3 postcode area. (charges will apply outside of this radius)
Self Delivery And Collections
If our home collection service is not suitable then we can provide our service address in Romford where you will be able to send in your device for repair and pickup your device when the work is complete.
